We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our growing network of podcasts. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable working across fast-moving sets and production workflows. You’ll play a key role in keeping productions running smoothly by managing logistics, staffing, vendors, and schedules, and must be based in New York City with the ability to work on-site.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate day-to-day production logistics for podcast and digital media shoots, including schedules, call sheets, and run-of-show documents
  • Support in-studio and on-location productions, ensuring sets run smoothly and stay on schedule
  • Liaise with hosts, producers, talent, crew, and vendors to ensure clear communication before and during production
  • Manage production calendars, booking studios, equipment, and crew as needed
  • Assist with pre-production planning, including research, asset tracking, and production prep
  • Be present on set to troubleshoot issues, anticipate needs, and provide real-time solutions 

Who You Are:

  • 3 years of experience in production coordination, preferably in podcasts, digital media, sports, branded or unscripted content
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working on fast-paced, in-person sets with multiple moving parts
  • Familiarity with studio environments, production equipment workflows, and set etiquette
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Willing and able to travel to support productions across the US
  • Based in the greater New York City area and available for regular on-site production or in-office work.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 USD. Compensation subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases or bonus eligibility.
