Campaign Analyst

We are looking for a Campaign Analyst to join our sales team. This role will mainly assist in podcast, social media, and video advertising. The ideal candidate must have experience in Excel with strong organizational skills, and must also be coachable and amenable to an evolving process.
What You'll Do:
- Track delivery (impressions & views) across The Volume shows including audio, social and YouTube
- Manage Salesforce accuracy for reporting and projecting
- Report monthly delivery to finance for invoicing and internal reporting
- Submit billing to finance for all campaigns
- Work on day-to-day tasks with Director of Account Management and sales leads in order to deliver client success
- Present delivery both internally and externally on a weekly basis with recurring campaign status check ins
- Ability to analyze data trends and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance
- Keep tabs on campaigns and ensure that all deliverables are being met and the campaign is pacing to deliver in full
- Traffic video ads in Google Ad Manager
What You Have
- You have experience with campaign tracking, performance analysis, and optimization across platforms like Google Ad Manager, YouTube, etc.
- You have experience in ad trafficking and/or experience in Google Ad Manager
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and/or other analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, etc.).
- You have experience using Salesforce
- You are a good communicator, coachable, and able to multi-task
- You are able to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a self-starter
Salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 USD. Compensation subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases or bonus eligibility.
