Integrated Marketing Coordinator

As an Integrated Marketing Coordinator, you will support content planning and partnership execution across high-profile properties within The Volume’s network and its portfolio of brands. You’ll contribute to proactive tentpole planning, assist with brand partnership ideation, and develop presentation materials to help pitch our shows. You will also help ensure a smooth handoff to the post-sale team and support the creation of case studies to aid in renewals. This is a full-time, remote position that reports to the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing.
What You’ll Do:
- Track marketing campaigns for show properties across The Volume’s network.
- Monitor asset delivery timelines, organize meeting agendas, and create innovative presentations and data-driven reports to support tentpole initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including production, events, analytics, and design—to help develop informed content plans and sponsorship packages.
- Support partnership activations tied to property initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale promotional shoots.
- Coordinate schedules for internal and external meetings, including recording notes and tracking action items.
Who You Are:
- 1+ year of experience, preferably in the podcast or media industry, with a focus on sponsorships and partnership integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in Keynote, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, especially Sheets/Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Resourceful problem-solver with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative, well-organized, and committed to high-quality work.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to travel and work overtime or weekends with short notice, as needed.
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 USD. Compensation subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases or bonus eligibility.
